(One)Staff Image: Sincerity, specialty, dedication, and innovation
--1.Sincerity----It is the most basic requirement for SCI's employees. All employees should be sincere to SCI, to higher-ups, to subordinates, to customers, to partners, and to all kinds of persons. Sincerity requires us to scrupulously abide by our promise, do
not practice fraud, and be frank in doing business.
--2.Specialty----As a supplier of industrial chemicals, we offer specialized products. This demands everybody of us must have a specialized level. Every employee at each position must be dutiful to his job, must delve into related technology assiduously, and must strive to be a specialist of his own position.
--3. Dedication----Every SCI's employee understands that his job is indispensable and critical to SCI. Every employee regards SCI's business as his own cause, devoting all his energies to it, and pursuing perfection.
--4. Innovation---- As the hydrogen spirit we advocate, SCI's development originates from innovation. SCI's innovation originates from its employees' innovative spirit. Every SCI's employee practice innovation in each position and each business, applying new skills, new methods, new technologies, and so on.
(Two)Business Image: Standard, efficient, circumspect, and systematic
--1.Standard. SCI's management is standardized, and its standard management level is continuously improved.
--2. Efficient. Facing the international market directly, SCI must catch up with international business rhythm and be efficient. SCI has no dilatory style in purchasing, manufacturing, communicating with customers, delivering goods, and responding to market information.
--3.Circumspect. SCI is a specialized chemical enterprise, which requires it to attach great attention to details to assure that every product tally with customers' demand. SCI also is an internationalized corporation, which involves all kinds of complex procedures in foreign trade. Therefore, SCI is circumspect in doing every business.
--4.Systematic. The operation of a corporation concerns complex factors in all respects. So in management we must have a system concept. Every SCI's employee must regard himself as an organic part of a system and must realize that any action of his will have an influence on the system.
(Three) Brand Image: refined, unified, unparalleled, and internationalized
--1.Refined. SCI's products are customized for international enterprises, whose requirements are very strict. Therefore SCI manufactures top-grade products, pursuing best quality, and elaborate appearance, to build a refined product image among customers.
--2.Unified. SCI has a unified identification, which is applied to employees, products, and corporate.
--3.Unparalleled. SCI and its products are unique. Only maintaining a unique style, can SCI be competitive.
--4.Internationalized. SCI's products are international products. They have international style, and they conform to international criteria.
